NASC’s Real Estate Auditing Division

NASC’s Real Estate Auditing Division specializes in auditing property tax charges and assessments issued by the New York City Department of Finance.

Our audit services are designed to identify potential errors in a wide range of tax abatement and exemption programs, including SCRIE (Senior Citizen Rent Increase Exemption), DRIE (Disability Rent Increase Exemption), J-51, Shelter Rent, the Green Roof Tax Abatement, the Cooperative/Condominium Tax Abatement, DHE, REAP, and others.
