Carmine Nuzzi is the President of National Auditing Services & Consulting (NASC). Since 1987, he has led engagements that have delivered hundreds of millions of dollars in refunds and credits for thousands of clients nationwide. Before founding NASC, Mr. Nuzzi built his career in accounting and auditing and holds a B.S. in Accounting/Auditing, a foundation that drives NASC’s rigorous, data-first approach to identifying utility overcharges and optimizing tariffs.

Under Carmine’s leadership, NASC has become a recognized utility bill auditing and consulting firm, uncovering savings across electric, natural gas, water, and sewer bills by correcting rate classifications, fixing billing determinants, and implementing sustainable cost reductions. He maintains a hands-on role in complex reviews, from scoping and analysis through resolution, to ensure each client receives the maximum recoveries available and long-term improvements to future billing.

Carmine brings the same values of integrity, diligence, and accountability to his team and to every client relationship. Outside the office, he is a dedicated father of three and remains active in his community.
